Oslo S Utvikling AS (OSU) is a real estate company and property developer owned by the three companies ROM Eiendom AS, Linstow AS and Entra Eiendom AS, which hold one third of the stocks respectively. OSU is in charge of developing approximately 350,000m² of the overall planning zone.
Furthermore, OSU owns the company Bjørvika Utvikling AS (BU) together with HAV Eiendom AS (HAV). OSU owns 34% of the shares in BU; HAV owns 66%, which reflects the ownership structure of the contracts pertaining to the global development area in Bjørvika.
OSU and HAV Eiendom also have at their disposal the right to develop other areas in Bjørvika-Bispevika, which includes the potential of constructing approximately 900,000m² of business and residential spaces within the zoning plan. OSU and HAV Eiendom will, at their own initiative, or in cooperation with external contractors, develop the Bjørvika area with the intention of resale, rental, or even personal use.
Bjørvika Utvikling has established the subsidiary Bjørvika Infrastruktur AS (BI). BI is formally owned by Bjørvika Utvikling, and is responsible for managing the construction of all technical infrastructure related to the development and construction work in Bjørvika.
