In December 2007, OSU gave the architect firm Snøhetta the assignment to develop a proposal to build on the lot 11B of the BARCODE-project in Bjørvika. The building is situated between the KLP building and the Station Commons, and will be the new headquarters of Deloitte in Oslo. The basement will be a part of the common basement network in the area.
The building lies right next to the KLP building connected by a smaller intermediate building with shops and restaurants.
The first two levels measure 2,670 square meters and they are both reserved for cafes and restaurants, as well as general public functions and services. The part of the building reserved for offices measures 14,279 square meters.
