There will be approximately 450 apartments in OperaKvarteret. OSU (Oslo Utvikling) is in the middle of an exciting phase where location, design and detailed planning of each and every apartment are the object of much attention. Our goal is to develop apartments for the future.
OperaKvarteret will stand for exciting, innovative and ground-breaking architecture adapted to its urban location. The apartments will be found on top of every block, in own separate buildings or in independent buildings lying in a district.
