The building will consist of two towers. The residents will be located in the southeastern tower with a grand view over the fjord and the city. It’s the sole area in all of Bjørvika, where apartments in this height have been approved by the authorities. Much energy and work has been put down to optimize the different solutions in each and every apartment. Most of them will have a balcony and a lot of window space giving much light, which will enhance the feeling of living in touch with the elements.
The Architects S +J are in charge of the project. The ground floor is reserved for coffee shops, service functions and restaurants. In addition, the building will be the new HQ of the insurance company KLP, which will have their main entrance and reception from Dronning Eufemia Street. All deliveries by vehicle to the building will take place in the basement level - something that we hope will increase the experience of a friendly street environment.
